One week into the new legislative session in Richmond, State Del. Jim Scott and State Sen. Mary Margaret Whipple will hold a joint town hall meeting to brief citizens on how the session is shaping up and to take questions and concerns. The meeting will be held tomorrow, Saturday, Jan. 23, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Falls Church Community Center, 223 Little Falls St., Falls Church.
