City Files With Virginia Supreme Court for Stay & Expedited Review of Fairfax Circuit Court Water Ruling

The City of Falls Church announced this morning that it has filed with the Virginia Supreme Court for a stay pending an expedited review by the Chief Justice of Fairfax Circuit Court Judge Ney’s ruling earlier this month prohibiting the City from taking a “return on investment” from its water system.

The City has asked that if the Chief Justice cannot act immediately that he institute the stay and pass the matter to the entire court for an expedited review.
