F.C. City Attorney: ‘I Clearly Dispute’ Basis for Fairfax Judge’s Ruling Vs. F.C. Water System

The City of Falls Church’s Attorney John Foster told the News-Press emphatically prior to tonight’s City Council meeting that he disputes “clearly” the basis for Fairfax County Circuit Court Judge Ney’s ruling against the F.C. Water System last week. Foster will advise the City Council on options following the court ruling at a special closed meeting of the Council Tuesday night.
