Maller Says Adopt Arlington Model: Cut Shortfall Half from Revenues, Half from Cuts

Falls Church City Councilman Dan Maller proposed the “Arlington Budget Policy” approach to Falls Church’s $7.5 million budget shortfall by making up half with tax increases and half with spending cuts. Maller said this at tonight’s kick off session on the FY11 budget at the M.E. Henderson cafetorium.
