Falls Church students took to the storefronts in downtown Falls Church along Broad Street as part of “Paint the Town Orange,” a Halloween paint-in designed to create festive mood for the approaching holiday. Painters had submitted their proposed sketches to organizer Marty Behr earlier this month. The children and parents will return to the windows this Saturday, Oct. 17, for part two of the paint-in.
