F.C.’s Final Written Brief on Water Trial Due Oct. 14
With the completion of the court trial pitting the Fairfax County Water System against the City of Falls Church last week, a schedule was released for the receipt by Circuit Court Judge R. Terrence Ney of a final written brief by Fairfax Water due next Wednesday, Oct. 7, and followed by a final written response from the City of Falls Church due on Oct. 14.
