RESIDENTS last weekend as part of the locally-held “Tinner Hills Blues Festival: A Tribtute to John Jackson,” featuring live musical entertainment, historic displays, carnival games and more. Fun for the whole family, the event is sponsored by the Tinner Hill Foundation, named after the Falls Church location which is recognized for being where the first rural branch of the NAACP was established.
