Pearson Square LLC sold Pearson Square, the luxury apartment building located at 410 S. Maple Avenue in Falls Church to Transwestern Investment Co. and its affiliate, Transwestern Multifamily Partners, for $100.8 million. The recently completed property, which was developed by Atlantic Realty Companies, includes 19,000 square feet of retail space, 230 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, underground parking, a fitness center, a pool and a club room.
