Jody’s Jam of The Week

Night of 101 Elvises, January 5, 7 p.m. at Dr. Dremo’s in Arlington

While many will be using this weekend to fully recover from their New Year’s celebrations and detox before heading back to work on Monday, there will be some who will be partying like rock stars. And not just any rock star. This Saturday, Dr. Dremo’s in Clarendon will be hosting a birthday bash for the King himself, Elvis Presley. The Night of 101 Elvises promises to be a party ‘ol Elvis the Pelvis would be proud of, featuring an Elvis costume contest, Elvis impersonators galore and Elvis karaoke. Dress up as Mr. Presley and get the $10 cover waived and a trip straight to the front of the line. This is also the last month Dremo’s will be open, closing its doors at the current location for good on January 28. Don’t be cruel, trim those mutton chops, spiff up those blue suede shoes and give Elvis and Dremo’s the love it deserves at the Night of 101 Elvises.
