Simple Assault, 7Eleven, 201 S. Washington St., October 30, 1:04 a.m., police arrested a male, 23, of Falls Church, VA for 2-counts of Felony throw missile at occupied vehicle, Simple Assault, and Petty Larceny.

Simple Assault, CVS, 134 W. Broad St., October 30, 11:37 a.m., police arrested a male, 39, of Fairfax, VA for Larceny (Felony) and Assault.

Destruction of Property, 300 blk. Hillwood Ave., between October 25, 6:00 p.m. and October 26, 8:00 a.m., unknown person(s) placed a small dent on a parked vehicle.

Larceny from Building, GMHS, 7124 Leesburg Pike, between October 24, 2:00 p.m. and October 26, 7:45 a.m., unknown person(s) stole computer hardware from the band room.

Larceny from Building, Heritage Institute, 350 S Washington St., October 31, 4:29 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole 80 instructional (hair stylist) DVDs.

Driving under the Influence, 1200 blk. W Broad St., November 1, 12:34 a.m., police arrested a female, 29, of Falls Church, VA for DUI and Refusal.

Destruction of Property, Swedish Motor Cars, 551 N Washington St., between October 31, 7:00 p.m. and November 1, 8:00 a.m., unknown person(s) ripped the gate off the wall of the establishment. Incident to the case a 1999 Chevrolet Suburban was damaged.

Fraud, Jiffy Lube, 1014 W Broad St., between October 20, 9:00 a.m. and November 2, 4:19 p.m., unknown person(s) stole an EXXON Speed pass card off of the victim’s key ring, spending approximately $150.00 in gasoline.

Drunkenness, 100 blk. E Broad St., November 2, 5:25 p.m., police arrested a male, 55, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for DIP.

Larceny from Building, Kaiser Permanente, 201 N. Washington St., November 2, 4:35 p.m., unknown person(s) stole 2-pair of eyeglass frames from the establishment.

Burglary, Residential, 200 blk. Garden Ct., November 2, 9:11 p.m., unknown person(s) entered an occupied residence through a rear door. The victims were located in the basement of the residence, when they heard footsteps inside the home. Victim#1 (adult) made eye contact with the unknown male suspect. Victim#1 yelled to Victim#2 (child) to exit the residence through the basement door. The male suspect appeared to be unzipping his pants as he attempted to walk towards Victim#1. Victim#1 was able to exit the residence by fleeing to the basement, exiting through the basement door. Victim#1 and Victim#2 were able to go to a neighbors home to notify police. The victims were not injured. The suspect is described as a B/M, 25 – 35 years of age; 5`8" to 5`10" in height, medium build, closed cut black hair with possible razor bumps along chin and cheeks, possibly wearing a blue denim jacket and blue jean pants.

Destruction of Property, Giant Food, 1230 W Broad St., November 4, 4:10 a.m., unknown person(s) broke the glass by banging on the window trying to get someone to open the door.

Destruction of Property, GMHS, 7124 Leesburg Pike, November 4, 8:59 a.m., unknown person(s) threw a rock at the window causing the window to shatter on a parked unoccupied vehicle.

Destruction of Property, 200 blk. Noland St., between November 3, 11:15 p.m. and November 4, 4:48 p.m., unknown person(s) keyed the front driver side fender to the rear of a parked vehicle.

Larceny from Building, Associates in Medicine, November 5, 8:21 a.m., unknown person(s) entered a locked file cabinet and stole a bundle of checks and $492.00 in cash.

Destruction of Property, 200 blk. E Fairfax St., between November 2, 6:00 p.m. and November 3, 9:00 a.m., unknown person(s) filled a door lock with glue.

Fraud by Impersonation, Coleman Power Sports, 435 S Washington St., November 5, 11:14 a.m., police arrested a male, 25, of Fort Myers, FL for attempting to use someone’s identity to purchase a $6000.00 Honda TRX400 (ATV).

Fraud by impersonation, Fraud by Impersonation, Coleman Power Sports, 435 S Washington St., November 5, 11:14 a.m., police arrested a male, 29, of Naples, FL for attempting to use someone’s identity to purchase a $7000.00 Honda TRX400R (ATV).

Larceny, 300 blk. W Broad St., November 5, 1:00 p.m., unknown person(s) stole an unsecured grey Trek 7300 bicycle valued at $1,100.00.

Drunkenness, Wallace St/S Maple Ave., November 5, 6:06 p.m., police arrested a male, 50, of Annandale, VA for DIP.

Drunkenness, Wallace St/S Maple Ave., November 5, 6:28 p.m., police arrested a male, 40, of Oakton, VA for DIP.
