Fugitive from Justice, 800 blk. W. Broad St., May 16, 5:46 p.m., police arrested a male, 38, of Sarasota, FL and a female, 40, of Sarasota, FL on an outstanding warrant out of Florida for Grand Theft and Exploitation of the Elderly.

Drug/Narcotic Violation, 100 blk. E. Broad St., May 16, 7:12 p.m., police arrested a male, 36, of Kingston, MD for Possession of Marijuana.

Drug/Narcotic Violation, 200 blk. N. Washington St., May 17, 10:08 p.m., police arrested a male, 26, of Haymarket, VA for Possession of Marijuana.

Drug/Narcotic Violation, 200 blk. N. Washington St., May 17, 10:24 p.m., police arrested a male, 44, of Washington, DC and a female, 33, of Washington, DC for Possession of Marijuana.

Graffiti/Damage to Property, Shreve and McGonegal, 212 N. West St., May 18, 7:26 a.m., unknown person(s) wrote graffiti on a white Ford Van.

Larceny, Shoplifting, Beyond the Garden Gate, 450 W. Broad St., May 12, between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole a blue agate necklace w/silver dollar valued at $275.00.

Larceny from Building, Clark Construction, 410 S. Maple Ave., May 18, 2:00 p.m., unknown person(s) stole (5) 180lb Barrels of Aluminum Window Clips.

Fraud-False Pretense/Swindle, Coleman Power Sports, 435 S. Washington St., May 19, 10:21 a.m., police arrested a male, 35, of Manassas, VA for stealing a victim’s identity to purchase a second motorcycle. Incident to the arrest, he was also wanted out Fairfax County on an outstanding warrant for Grand Larceny and Possession of Burglary Tools.

Driving under the Influence, 300 blk. Pennsylvania Ave., May 19, 11:59 p.m., police arrested a male, 23, of Falls Church, VA for DUI.

Warrant Service, 400 blk. W. Broad St., May 20, 6:05 a.m., police arrested a female, 46, of Fairfax, VA for an outstanding warrant out of Arlington County for Contempt of Court and an outstanding warrant out of Charles County for Assault in the 2nd Degree.

Destruction of Property, Tower Square, 155 Hillwood Ave., May 20, 11:10 a.m., unknown person(s) damaged the passenger side door and right rear quarter panel on a 2005 Honda Accord.

Assault, Aggravated, 900 blk. W. Broad St., May 20, 6:07 p.m., police arrested a male, 31, of Fairfax, VA for Malicious Wounding. The victim suffered a one and half to two inch deep laceration to the back of the head. The victim was transported by ambulance to Fairfax Hospital.

Fraud by Impersonation, 900 blk. Hillwood Ave., May 21, 6:03 p.m., unknown person(s) used victim’s credit card to purchase a Sony Laptop valued at $1,119.99.

Larceny from Vehicle, 200 blk. E. Broad St., May 22, 8:01 a.m., unknown person(s) shattered the rear window of a white 2003 Ford and stole (3) Nail guns, (1) Air Compressor, (2) Saws, Saw Zal (electrical), Electrical Duct Repair, and (2) Bottles of Freon.

Larceny, 400 blk. S. Maple Ave., May 22, 4:15 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a wallet out of an unlocked vehicle.

Robbery, Eden Center, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 22, 8:40 p.m., unknown person(s) approached victim demanding money. The victim refused to give any money, therefore, the suspect(s) told the victim to go outside. The suspect(s) attempted to hit the victim, but the victim was able to duck out of the way. The victim was able to flee from the suspect(s) without injuries.

Larceny, Shoplifting, 7Eleven, 201 S. Washington St., May 22, 10:27 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole (2) 12-packs of Budweiser Beer valued at $18.58.

Larceny from Building, 100 blk. E. Broad St., between May 22, 9:00 p.m. and May 23, 10:55 a.m., unknown person(s) stole the copper down spouts from the establishment. The down spouts were approximately 50 feet long, in 25 foot sections.

Drug/Narcotic Violation, 100 blk. W. Broad St., May 24, 11:38 p.m., police arrested a male, 51, of Falls Church, VA for Inhaling Drugs.

Larceny from Building, Don Beyer Volvo, 1231 W. Broad St., May 25, between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., unknown person(s) stole victim’s wallet containing (2) credit cards, a debit card, a health insurance card, driver’s license, and $1.00 cash. The credit cards were used in various stores.

Motor Vehicle Theft, 200 blk. E. Fairfax St., between May 23, 1:30 p.m. and May 25, 8:37 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a 2005 Harley Davidson Road King (Serial#1HD1FDV1X5Y610278) from the parking lot.

Larceny, Giant Foods, 1230 W. Broad St., May 26, 11:36 a.m., unknown person(s) stole a wallet containing $45.00 cash, Amex card, Diners card, Discover card, Rotary International credit card, OL, and SSN card from an unattended shopping cart.

Larceny, Giant Foods, 1230 W. Broad ST., May 26, 4:00 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a wallet from inside a purse that was placed in a shopping cart. The wallet contained $340.00 cash, (2) Visa credit cards, Maxwell tape, debit card, and (2) department store cards.

Sex Offense, ABC, 1212 W. Broad St., May 26, 7:49 p.m., unknown person(s) stood outside the establishment exposing body parts to people as they passed by.

Drunkenness, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., May 27, 2:42 a.m., police arrested a male, 22, of Silver Spring, MD; Anh H. Vo, 23, of 2452 Epstein Ct., Brookeville, MD and a male, 34, of Houston, TX for DIP.

Suspicious Event, Noland Company, 6607 Wilson Blvd., between May 26, 6:00 p.m. and May 27, 9:00 p.m., unknown person(s) cut the fence belonging to the establishment.

Larceny, Shoplifting, 7Eleven, 804 S. Washington St., May 27, 11:55 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole a bottle of Hurricane Malt Liquor valued at $1.69.

Larceny from Building, Giant Foods, 1230 W. Broad St., May 28, 12:30 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a purse from an unattended shopping cart. The purse contained a wallet, several credit cards, OL, and keys.
