Charlie Mann (one goal), Jake Schwind (one goal) and Andrew Walden (one goal, one assist) also tallied goals for Mason, while Mike Duning set up three goals on assists. Mason continued a busy week on Wednesday with a 6:30 p.m. home game against Wakefield, another AAA opponent. A road game at Loudon County looms on Thursday, March 22 at 7 p.m. before the team returns home for a game next Monday against Freedom at 7:30 p.m.

The Mustangs are entering their second season in the Dulles District, a district they only compete in for lacrosse consisting primarily of larger schools. The team is also in its first season under new head coach Rich Costello, who replaces Mark Coffren this season.
