Forge LLC has purchased the headquarters buildings of Falls Church-based PRS Inc (formerly Psychiatric Rehabilitative Services) at 500 and 510 W. Annandale Road in Falls Church, for $5.25 million. Bowie Lodging LLC, an entity of C M Uberman Enterprises, sold the properties at full occupancy. 500 W. Annandale totals four stories and 13,470 square feet, and 510 W. Annandale totals three stories and 13,176 square feet. Both buildings were constructed in 1980. PRS Inc. will continue to operate in the sites.

Broad Street Tavern has named Tamara Alexis (“Tammy”) Powell as its new General Manager. Powell, a long time Falls Church resident with extensive experience in Falls Church restaurant management, will oversee daily operations for the restaurant under the ownership of Dwayne “DallasDallachiesa, Jr. Broad Street Tavern is located at 132 W.
