Destruction of Property, Quan Thang Long Resturant, 6757 Wilson Blvd., Suite #22, September 8, 12:32 p.m., unknown person(s) broke out a window to the establishment.

Larceny, 7-11, 110 N. West, September 9, 1:43 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a silver/grey Motorola E-815 cell phone (serial #03007891706) off a countertop in the establishment.

Larceny, 200 blk. Great Falls St., between July 1, 12:01 a.m. and September 10, 5:30 p.m., unknown person(s) stole the 2007 DMV license plate stickers from a black 1999 Mercedes-Benz
