Falls Church Area Crime Report

Crime for the weeek of August 8-14.

Larceny from Building, 100 blk W Annandale Rd., August 8, between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. unknown person(s) entered an apartment and stole $900.00 from

the unoccupied residence.

Destruction of Property, 200 blk Gibson St., between June 6 and August 8, unknown person(s) made several scratches on the gas tank rear fender of a black 1990 Yamaha Motorcycle.

Throw Missile at Occupied Dwelling, 200 blk. N Oak St., and August 8, unknown person(s) used some sort of BB gun to strike the residence three panes of glass.

No one was injured.

Larceny from Vehicle, 200 blk. Patterson St., August 9, between 02:15 a.m. and

9:00 p.m. unknown person(s) broke into a white 1993 Honda Accord and removed cash totaling $38.00 from the console of the car.

Larceny, 200 N. Maple Ave., August 9, unknown person(s) left without paying

the cab fare totaling $22.00.

Destruction of Property, 1000 Poplar Dr., August 10, between 2:00 a.m. and

8:30 a.m., unknown person(s) shattered the rear windshield of a 2001 Chevy

Suburban.

Larceny from Vehicle, Yellow Cab, 11 Hillwood Ave., between July 29 and

August 12, unknown person(s) stole license plates from a 1990 Ford Crown Victoria.

Larceny, 800 blk. W Broad St., August 10, unknown person(s) entered a residence and stole cash totaling $200.00 and slashed the tires of a parked vehicle.

Destruction of Property, 1000 Poplar Dr., August 13, between 2:30 a.m. and 07:30 a.m. unknown person(s) shattered the rear window of a 2001 Chevy Suburban.

Simple Assault, The Magic Castle Night Club, 1200 W Broad St., August 13, five or six unknown male suspects fought with the victim for unknown reasons. The victim received medical attention for facial lacerations and was transported by Medic Unit #413 to Fairfax County. Injuries to the victim were minor.
