City of Falls Church, VA Crime Report for July 8 – 14, 2013 

NOTE: This report is not a definitive list of all criminal activity and is subject to change upon investigation. 

Larceny from Building, 500 block Roosevelt Blvd. On July 8, an unknown suspect stole personal items from a residence. There were no signs of forced entry.

Assault & Battery, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Hy Ki Mgia) On July 8, a male, 20, of Falls Church, was arrested and released on summons for Assault & Battery.

Public Drunkenness and Fireworks Violation, 6757 Wilson Blvd. #24 (Hi Ky Mgia) On July 10, a male, 56, of Springfield, was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Fireworks Violation.

Lareceny from Motor Vehicle, 6757 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On July 10, an unknown suspect(s) stole several items from an unlocked vehicle.

Smoking In a Non-Designated Area, 6795 Wilson Blvd. (Eden Center) On July 11, a male, 53, of Falls Church was arrested and released on summons for Smoking In a Non-Designated Area.

Public Drunkenness, 220 N. Washington St. (State Theater) On July 11, a male, 26, no known address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Larceny from Motor Vehicle, 1400 block Ellison St. On July 12, police received a report of a stolen license plate from a vehicle.

Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Sumbit to a Blood or Breath Test, 1300 block S. Washington St. On July 13, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 23, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to Blood or Breath Test.

Public Drunkenness, 200 block E. Jefferson St. On July 13, a male, 46, of Falls Church, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Narcotics Violation, and Obstruction of Justice, 100 block Gresham Pl. July 14, a male, 19, of Alexandria, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute. A female, 21, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Obstruction of Justice.

Narcotics Violation, 400 block W. Broad St. On July 14, a male, 50, no fixed address, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and for Failure to Appear in Falls Church General District Court to answer to a Trespassing charge.
