Falls Church opened up its football season with an offensive assault of its Northern Region rival, as senior quarterback Yousef Khatib’s 357 total yards and four touchdowns led the charge to down Thomas Jefferson High School. En route to finishing with 251 passing yards, Khatib’s prime targets through the air included a pair of seniors in Keith Long and Sam Germina. Both Jaguar receivers hooked up with Khatib for two scores, and racked up 112 and 116 yards, respectively.
