A photograph of conflicting park signs, one reading “No Pets Allowed” posted on the same pole as one reading “All Pets Must Be on Leash,” taken by Falls Church’s Diann Watkins while on a road trip with her son and dog, driving home from Knoxville, Tenn., will appear in the Sunday, June 10 issue of Parade magazine. The photo is one of more than 350,000 submitted to its “Snapshot” column. Parade has a circulation of 74 million.
