FALLS CHURCH-ANNANDALE LIONS CLUBS MEMBERS, along with members from Fairfax and Alexandria, donated nearly $20K toward nonprofit Food for Others’ new redesigned delivery truck. The truck will allow Food for Others to continue serving over 4,000 families per week during the coronavirus pandemic.
