‘Equal Pay Day’ Recognized in F.C.

In conjunction with National Equal Pay Day being acknowledged across the U.S. this week, the Falls Church City Council chimed in with its own declaration Monday night, recognizing that women working full time still make only 80 percent of what men earn in the U.S. and over a lifetime, college educated women earn more than a half-million less than their male peers.
