Mayor Tarter Provides Aid to Syrian Refugees in Lebanon

City of Falls Church Mayor David Tarter, among other City officials, recently traveled to Lebanon to distribute coats and blankets to Syrian refugees. The trip was sponsored by NOVA Relief Center, which helped deliver over 44,000 blankets and 33,000 winter coats to the refugees.
