Former Falls Church City Councilman Ira Kaylin Dies

Ira Kaylin, a member of the Falls Church City Council from 2010 to 2013, died today after a lengthy illness, the News-Press has learned. Kaylin was honored by the City Council last June with a special commendation for his service.
