Crime Report: 2 Bikes, 1 Car Stolen in Falls Church

Two bikes and a vehicle were stolen in the City of Falls Church last week according to the latest crime report. The vehicle was stolen from Lincoln Ave. while the bikes were taken from the Community Center and George Mason High School, though the bike at the school was reported last seen in November.

In other crime, three people were arrested for being drunk in public and a Chantilly man was arrested for a DUI after wrecking his car on W. Broad St.

 

City of Falls Church Crime Report: December 12 – 18, 2017

Stolen Vehicle, 900 block Lincoln Ave. On Dec. 12, police received a report of a stolen vehicle.

Larceny from Building, 223 Little Falls St. (Falls Church Community Center) On Dec.13, an unlocked bicycle was reported stolen.

Larceny from Building, 700 block W. Broad St. On Dec. 14, an unattended wallet was reported stolen sometime on Dec. 13.

Public Drunkenness, 306 Hillwood Ave. (Lesly’s Restaurant) On Dec. 14, a male, 40, of Falls Church, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Driving Under the Influence, 200 block W. Broad St. On Dec. 15, an officer responded to the area for a report of an accident. One of the drivers, a male, 56, of Chantilly, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Refusal to Submit to a Blood or Breath Test.

Larceny from Building, 7124 Leesburg Pike (George Mason High School) On Dec. 16, an unattended bike was reported stolen and last seen in November.

Public Drunkenness, 500 block W. Broad St. On Dec. 16, a female, 32, of Falls Church, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness, 112 W. Broad St. (Mike’s Lazy Sundae) ON Dec. 18, a male, 59, no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness and Trespassing.
