FALLS CHURCH’S FOURTH GRADE boys soccer team won the Arlington Soccer Association’s 5th Annual Fall Rec Tournament on Sunday, Nov. 20 in Arlington. After shutting out opponents in its first three games, the team won the championship in a dramatic penalty shootout.
