Henderson Students Raise New Flags at Middle School

Members of the Mary Ellen Henderson Flag Team unfurled two new flags on Monday, Nov. 28 to raise in the front of the school.

A parent donated an American flag that had flown over the U.S. Capitol and came from Congressman Don Beyer’s office, and the school received a City of Falls Church flag that came from City Hall. The Henderson Flag team students raise and lower the flags of the United States, City of Falls Church and a Virginia every day.
