Providence Players of Fairfax Hold Auditions for New Production

The Providence Players of Fairfax recently announced that its holding open auditions for “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever” by Barbara Robinson in mid-October. The audition dates are Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 20 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 22 from 9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Auditions will be held in the theater at the James Lee Community Center, located at 2855 Annandale Road, Falls Church, and will consist of cold reading from the script. There are over 27 roles available in the production – seven adult roles (five women, two men) and over 20 roles for children ages five and up.

The performance dates are two weekends, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, December 9 – 18. The show will be directed by Liz Mykietyn and produced by Susan Kaplan For more information, visit providenceplayers.org.
