One More Page Hosts Author Ann Patchett in Arlington

One More Page Books and the Arlington Public Library are hosting an event with acclaimed author Ann Patchett for a discussion and signing of her new book Commonwealth at Kenmore Middle School, located at 200 S. Carlin Springs Road, Arlington, on Thursday, Sept. 15 at 7 p.m.

Commonwealth, which is Patchett’s newest book, spans five decades and explores how a chance encounter in California reverberates throughout the lives of four parents and six children spending their summers in Virginia. Told with equal measures humor and heartbreak, Commonwealth is a meditation on inspiration, interpretation and the ownership of stories, a brilliant and tender tale of the far-reaching ties of love and responsibility that bind us to one another.

While not required, One More Page Books highly encourages attendees to register for the event as well as pre-order a copy of Commonwealth online at tinyurl.com/hqzdod4. One More Page Books will also be at the event offering copies of Patchett’s books for sale and signature. For more information, visit onemorepagebooks.com.
