Oak St. at about noon on Friday, April 8, for a report of a white male wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and possibly a black hat standing near the school grounds perimeter. The man was using a tablet or computer, possibly watching children, school officials told police. When police arrived, the man was gone and a search of the area revealed nothing.
