THE FALLS CHURCH LEAGUE of Women Voter’s panel on the security implications of global climate change March 6 included moderator Dr. Richard A. Meserve, president emeritus of the Carnegie Institution for Science, John C. Gannon, former CIA deputy director for intelligence, Mona Sarfaty of the George Mason University Climate Change Communication Center, and former U.S. Rep. Phil Sharp, all City of F.C. residents.
