TJ Students Explore Ancient Civilizations

TWO SECOND GRADERS AT Thomas Jefferson Elementary School use Google Earth maps to explore the geography of Egypt. The students’ class learned about ancient Egypt last week and gained an appreciation for why the civilization was centered around the Nile, Mediterranean Sea and Red Sea.
