Hitt’s Kiddar Capital Moving To His New F.C. Location

Developer Todd Hitt’s Kiddar Capital, a private equity firm, is moving to his newly-acquired property at 100 N. Washington St. in the City of Falls Church, with the build out for his new digs expected to be completed by March 1, it was announced today.

Hitt, the key developer of the 300 W. Broad mixed use project that is nearing completion with the Harris Teeter on the ground floor, is moving Kiddar from Reston. In a statement today he said, “We have enjoyed our years in Reston and look forward to this exciting new phase in the growth of our firm in the City of Falls Church.”

The company will occupy Suite 224 of the multi-tenant building located at the corner of E. Broad and N. Washington. Kiddar Capital is a private equity firm that originates structures and manages strategic equity investments across a variety of business disciplines.  Core investments include all real estate sectors as well as technology and innovation.
