F.C.’s Temple Rodef Shalom Offers Mindfulness Classes

The women of Temple Rodef Shalom are partnering with The Women’s Center, which is based in Vienna, to offer a series of mindfulness classes in February and March. Classes start on Thursday, February 18 with a Mindfulness for Stress Reduction class from 7 – 9 p.m. and end on Thursday, March 10 with a Mindfulness in Movement from 7 – 9 p.m.

The aim of the classes is to bring an acute awareness and witness to participant’s thoughts and feelings, allowing them to better understand themselves and others. All classes will be held at Temple Rodef Shalom at 2100 Westmoreland Street.

Registration for all for classes costs $95 and $35 for a single session. For more information, visit templerodefshalom.org.
