Mason Row Neighborhood Traffic and Parking Impacts Forum Set for March 30

Spectrum Development will present its estimation of the impact that its proposed Mason Row development will have on neighborhood traffic and parking at a community meeting on Monday, March 30, at 7 p.m. at the Falls Church Community Center at 223 Little Falls Street, according to a press release sent out by the City yesterday. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to ask questions and make comments.

After all stakeholders groups have shared their concerns about traffic and parking, the group will brainstorm solutions and discuss the pros and cons of different approaches. The list of neighborhood concerns and the brainstormed solutions will be reviewed by City staff, the Citizens Advisory Committee on Transportation, the Planning Commission and City Council.

Eventually, the City Council will vote to approve or deny the proposed project, including any developer contribution, which could include traffic calming. For more information, visit fallschurchva.gov/MasonRow.
