City of Falls Church Public Schools will be closed Thursday, March 5, as a winter storm is expected to drop up to eight inches of snow on the area. F. C. City government offices, including the Mary Riley Styles public library and Community Center, will close at noon and both the sheriff and city clerk’s offices are also closed.
In addition, library programs scheduled for before noon are cancelled, the preschool at the Community Center is closed and any Recreation and Parks activities that take place outside of the Community Center are cancelled.
