The magical Cleo Benton got her wings on August 1 following a long and painful illness. She was the devoted companion and caretaker of Falls Church attorney Janine S. Benton for many years since her adoption. She was a purebred devon rex model which accounted for her intelligence, sense of humor, otherworldly eyes and susceptibility to the illness that did her in at age 14. A better companion no one has ever had, claims Attorney Benton, who thanks everyone for their concern and compassion, including everybody at the Falls Church Animal Hospital.
