MEH Students Walk to Cure Diabetes

418evaEva Whitaker and 26 of her family and friends walked at the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Walk to Cure Diabetes on the National Mall on June 1. Eva and her friends and family have been walking in the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes for five years, since Eva was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Eva’s team raised more than $4,000 to donate to JDRF, which funds research on Type 1 diabetes.
