F.C. Community Meeting to Kick Off Broad Street Planning

The public is invited to a community meeting to discuss the Broad Street Planning Opportunity Area Small Area Plan Kickoff this Saturday, June 21, from 9 – 11:30 a.m. at Columbia Baptist Church, 103 W. Columbia St., Falls Church. The meeting will consist of an open house, presentation by City of Falls Church staff, and breakout discussions.

The Broad Street Planning Opportunity Area is the downtown area of the City. It is approximately bounded to the east and west by Washington Street and Maple Avenue and to the north and south by Great Falls Street and Annandale Road. A Small Area Plan defines a vision for redevelopment in a relatively small area of the City, approximately 10 blocks in size.
