Shepherd’s Center of McLean-Arlington-F.C. Seeks Volunteers

The Shepherd’s Center of McLean-Arlington-Falls Church has a need for more volunteers to assist with its transportation program to get clients to and from medical and therapy appointments, the pharmacy, and the grocery store.

In addition, the group also needs help with fundraising to be able to hire a part-time employee to handle day-to-day activities of the Shepherd’s Center.

The Shepherd’s Center is a nonprofit, volunteer-based, interfaith organization sponsored by area congregations, community groups, and businesses to serve older persons in Northern Virginia.

For more information, call the Shepherd’s Center at 703-506-2199.
