UPDATE: The signal at Broad and Washington is now fully operational.
The traffic signals at the intersection of Broad and Washington Streets will be undergoing maintenance today, Thursday, May 1, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. During this period, the intersection will be a four-way stop while a contractor rewires the signal to improve reliability.
The City expects delay and advises drivers to avoid the area.
