TITLE Boxing Club Falls Church has opened at 450 N. Washington Street. The new exercise option is located in the recently developed multi-level project called NorthGate that includes retail, office space and luxury condos, located just steps away from the East Falls Church Metro station. TITLE Boxing Club offers a kickboxing type workout complete with individual heavy bags, and members utilize boxing gloves and other equipment – making it different from other kickboxing classes and gyms. Cardio equipment, free weights and assorted classes are also available. Franchise owners Kate Carski and Sam Heaps also own the Springfield location of TITLE Boxing Club, which they opened in October of 2012.
