F.C. Government Opening on 2 Hour Delay Friday

After a storm dumped snow on the Washington, D.C.-area Wednesday and Thursday, the City of Falls Church Government announced they will open on a 2 hour delay for all offices and services on Friday, Feb. 14, including City Hall, Community Center, Court Clerk, DMV Select, Library, and the Permits Counter. Unscheduled Leave is permitted for employees after checking with supervisor.

In a City press release, it’s reported that all Recreation and Park activities and classes are canceled, except evening sports, for which a determination will be made by 3 p.m. The Mary Riley Styles Public Library’s 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. storytimes are canceled.
