Mad Fox Brewing Company Head Chef Andrew Dixon has left the Falls Church restaurant and will be the new Food and Beverage Director/Executive Chef at the Embassy Suites in Crystal City. Dixon’s last day was Wednesday, and while he’ll no longer be on the line at the F.C. brew pub, he says he’s excited to transition to being a regular guest.
As for his replacement, a Mad Fox rep tells the News-Press they are currently interviewing candidates to fill the executive chef position.
