The Mosaic District in Merrifield will add yet another dining option to its lineup when Cyclone Anaya’s Mexican Kitchen opens in the development this Thursday, October 31, Mosaic developer Edens announced today.
Cylcone Anaya’s, a 40-year old family run business from Texas, will open its first location outside of the Lone Star state when it opens in Fairfax later this week. The eatery, started by and named for Mexican professional wrestler Cyclone Anaya, is known for its Tex Mex dishes made from scratch including classic recipes and gourmet dishes like lobster enchiladas, crabmeat nachos and more.
Also announced today, Ted’s Bulletin, best known for its comfort food and homemade pop tarts, will open in the Merrifield development in late 2014.
Cyclone Anaya’s is the second full-service restaurant to open in Mosaic, joining Matchbox which opened in April of this year. In addition to Ted’s Bulletin, Gypsy Soul and True Food Kitchen are also scheduled to open in 2014.
