Falls Church Remains D.C. Region’s Most Expensive Housing Market

According to the MRIS listing service’s monthly Real Estate Business Intelligence Report out today, the City of Falls Church remains the Washington D.C.’s area’s priciest housing market. The median price of a house that sold in Falls Church in September was $650,000, up almost 18 percent from a year ago.
Arlington continued to have the second-higher prices, with a median sale price of $530,000 in September, up 15.2 percent from a year ago, with Alexandria and Fairfax County close behind.
