Yesterday Buggs lost outside of Falls Church Animal Hospital headed towards George Mason High School. He is a short-haired white Bichon Frise. He weighs about 15 pounds, and is wearing a red nylon collar with no tags. He does not have a microchip, either. He is friendly and approachable, and likely very hungry because he has not eaten in more than a day. Those with any information on his whereabouts are asked to contact the owner at 703-534-0457.
