Court Ruling Moves Transportation Plan Ahead

The Fairfax Circuit Court ruled in favor of the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority against a challenge from Del. Bob Marshall (R-Prince William) Tuesday, clearing the way for the deployment of state funds for an array of projects in the region, including the ones designated for the City of Falls Church pertaining to pedestrian, bicycle and traffic calming facilities throughout the City.
