Rising kindergartners arrived to Cherry Hill Park last Tuesday afternoon to meet new friends and calm some of their fears about entering kindergarten on Sept. 3. More than 60 children attended the event. Superintendent Dr. Toni Jones, along with Mount Daniel School Principal Kathy Halayko came to say hello, and even Danny the Hippo made a surprise appearance.
