Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart of Falls Church’s 2941 restaurant will be the featured chef in the next installment of this season’s Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration series next Saturday, Aug. 10.
Dysart will be preparing an almond bostock with roasted peaches and lemon-verbena whipped cream.
