The Wes Spraul Memorial 5K charity fundraiser fun run, walk, and ride will be held next Sunday morning, June 9, at 9 a.m.

Spraul, who died this winter and was interred in Arlington National Cemetery, was an FMF Navy Corpsman. All proceeds of the event will go to support his family in Falls Church.

The fundraiser, sponsored by Decorate A Vet and several local businesses, will begin and end at the American Legion Post 130 at 400 N. Oak St., Falls Church. The cost to participate is $42.50 for adults and $16.25 for children.
