Potential Candidates Turn Out for CBC Forum

A robust turnout of definite and potential candidates for the Falls Church City Council and School Board showed up last night at a forum sponsored by the Citizens for a Better City (CBC) to learn the ins and outs of filing, qualifying and meeting legal requirements to run for office. The better part of the group assembled indicated through a show of hands that they are or are considering running. The deadline for filing is June 11 for four City Council and five School Board slots on the ballot in November.
